Meet Ellen

Ellen is a super sweet young girl who was left in a pen at MCAC after being found by officers overnight. Sadly, no one came forward for her, so she was moved up to the adoption floor. She was pretty timid at first, but after learning she was safe, she let her personality shine. She loves to run around and play, occasionally stopping for pets and kisses before getting back to it. She would do great in an active household where she has plenty of room to play. She walks fairly well on a leash and is learning a lot as far as training goes. Ellen weighs just under 50 pounds and is thought to be a pit/lab mix, between 1-2 years old.

*Ellen was adopted, but due to some unfortunate circumstances, her adopter was no longer able to afford her care and, wanting what was best for her, brought her back to find a new family. They had nothing but great things to say about her! She does well with other dogs, cats, and kids!
