Frank was picked up as a stray and after a bit of digging shelter staff found he has bounced between a few owners, but none able to take him back. Frank is a lovable squish who just wants some affection. He's got typical old man things going on and had to go through a bit of a procedure to take care of some growths and previous wounds. He's on kennel rest for the time being, but is still taking applications to try and find the perfect home.
