Get to Know Henry
Henry came to the shelter as a stray last June and was quickly adopted. Sadly, he was recently surrendered back to the shelter after his owner said he just didn't have the time to keep him around. He came back pretty timid, taking some time to adjust back to life at the shelter. As a youngster his first time around, he wasn't a fan of other cats, but he was tried in the cat colony anyways and seems to be thriving. He has come out of his shell and enjoys all the visitors the colony gets every afternoon. He has had multiple different roomies, male and female, of varying ages and seems to get along with all of them. His previous owner said he is litterbox trained, but was an indoor/outdoor cat, staying outdoors when owner wasn't around. Henry loves ear scratches and sunbathing. He's an independent guy who doesn't require much, just occasional signs of affection and a lap to nap in every so often.
