Pete was brought to the shelter as a stray and went unclaimed, no surprise with the condition he was in, collar embedded into his neck, some hair loss and overall pretty skinny. Pete perked right up after getting some TLC and has really grown on staff members. If adopters wouldn't just see "another black pit" they'd see a truly amazing, sweet, loving, well behaved boy who make an excellent companion.
