Meet Simba

Simba is a super playful American Bulldog mix who is now on his second turn on the adoption floor. He initially came to the shelter as a stray in July and was quickly adopted. He came back in as a stray and when the adopter was contacted, they said they gave him away and were not interested in getting him back. No one came forward for this amazing boy so here he sits. He can be a bit exuberant in the kennel, but once he is out, he is quite the gentleman. He will sit when you ask, as many times as you ask, and will offer up his paw, even doing a little wiggle with it if you don't grab it soon enough, as if saying "excuse me, I did my part, you do yours!". Simba is an active 1 year old boy, weighing 78 pounds. He can be a bit strong on the leash, but he just doesn't know his size.
