Get to Know Topsy
Topsy was surrendered to the shelter with nearly 25 other cats after a local resident got overwhelmed with breeding between pets. Topsy is more laid-back than his siblings, preferring to be held and cradled than have play with the other kittens in the room. He's a lovely boy with a sweet personality. He enjoys meeting new people seems like he would do great in a household with some kids.
