Meet Venus

Say hello to Venus, a stunning 3-year-old grey pitbull weighing around 60 pounds and packed full of personality, energy, and love! This playful girl came to the shelter as an owner surrender on March 3rd, and now she’s hoping her next stop is a forever home where she can truly shine.

Venus is the definition of fun-loving. She absolutely loves being outside where she can run, zoom around, and soak up every bit of attention she can get. Shelter life has been a big adjustment, but this sweet girl hasn’t let it take away her happy spirit. In fact, trying to snap a photo of her can be quite the challenge because she’s always busy having fun!

She is currently working on her leash manners and seems eager to learn. Venus also came in with other dogs and enjoys interacting with them, especially running the fence and playing nearby, so she appears to be dog friendly as well.

And honestly… just look at her. That gorgeous grey coat paired with those soft brown eyes makes her impossible not to fall in love with.
