Meet Phoebe

Phoebe is a gorgeous 5-year-old Golden Retriever who was recently surrendered to the shelter. She has certainly lived a full life already, having originally been adopted all the way in Alaska and making her way down here over time. She has a lot more life to live and is ready for any adventure you could bring her on. Phoebe made a lot of friends at the adoption event on Saturday and loved all the attention she was getting. She walks so well on a leash and just needs a little fine tuning on her other skills. She sits when asked and will give her paw! Phoebe has lived with other dogs but prefers a life without female dogs. She has also lived with kiddos but would likely do best with preteens or teenagers opposed to super youngsters.
