Meet Rain

Rain was confiscated after being called in as abandoned. She had a microchip, but no owner responded, and she went her whole stray hold unclaimed. She can appear a little timid at first, but it doesn't take long to start to win her trust and get butt wiggles and some personality from her. She has clearly been hurt in the past, but she doesn't let that slow her too much from making new human friends. She is pretty content with a cozy bed to lay on and the occasional extra snack tossed her way. Rain has lived with other dogs in the past and seems like she would do well with a companion.

*Rain was adopted but surrendered back to the shelter after not getting along well enough with the other dog in the household. Rain will potentially do well in a household with a submissive dog. She can be a resource guarder on occasion, so her adopters should be aware that is something she will need some training on.
