Meet Zander

Zander is a playful boy who was picked up as a stray and went unclaimed on his hold. From the second he sees you outside his kennel, his little booty gets to wiggling and he is amped up and ready to make friends. He loves going for walks and overall doesn't do too bad on a leash, but pulling some when he sees someone else, dog or human. When he's outside in the run all he wants to do is zoom through the grass and chase some toys. Not really grasping what fetch is yet, he'll run after it, but walk away without having picked it up. He takes brakes from his zoomies to come and lean against your legs, asking for pets and scratches, then goes back to it, burning off some energy. Zander seems like he would do great in an active household, potentially with children or another dog, pending a successful meet and greet.
